We received our linen tower and vanity last week and couldn’t be happier. We typically wouldn’t order a piece of furniture like that online but with all the positive, glowing reviews we decided to go ahead. Wow, we weren’t disappointed!
Communication with Armando was quick and efficient, and despite a bit of a delay with our delivery it arrived in perfect condition. Our contractor couldn’t believe the work that went in to packaging and shipping, and what beautiful quality we got for the price we would have paid at a big box store. The sandstone colour is amazing, and I can’t wait for our reno to be finished.
We wouldn’t hesitate to order from vanityshop.ca again.

This is our second vanity from Vanity Shop, and we are very pleased once again. The contractors are always happy to hear where we got the vanity, since they know it's good quality and there will be no issues with drawers not sliding properly etc, like there are with Big Box store vanities.

I purchased a Westmount 36 inch vanity (natural maple colour), with a matching single door storage (pharmacy) cabinet for my bathroom renovation. I am very pleased with the workmanship on this cabinet, and I give it a 5 star. I would recommend Vanity Shop to my friends; and I said to my contractor that he could suggest Vanity Shop to his future clients.

Dealing with the vanity shop was great. I was hesitant to order based on timeline of our Reno and the shipping times. Armando assured me they would get it built and shipped out in time, plus offered a better deal. The vanity came on time, and is incredibly well built. So glad we found a Canadian made product that is built well and priced reasonable and looks great to boot.

Shipping took a long time to the US and the color wasn't as I expected but it all worked out. I would recommend before you remodel a bathroom, you get the vanity delivered first (so your project isn't delayed) and then work your tile color choices around the vanity since there are color variations.

From my beginning inquiry to delivery of the vanity the customer service was excellent. Inquiries were answered timely and the responses were relevant and complete. Prior to finding the Vanity Shop Website and had researched may options. My specifications were: Quality construction built to last, with solid doors and plywood (No MDF), dove tailed soft close drawers, beautifully crafted. Communication was excellent and prompt. A+++++++++++

We were very happy with the communication up front to detail our needs for our bathroom and ensure the correct fit, including an extra backsplash piece to fit the "3rd" wall around our vanity. Ordering was easy enough and shipment to US required a few extra steps (due to changing tariff rules) that was faciliated by the vanity shop team. The vanity and tower matched perfectly and look just like the photos.
A note that may be helpful for new homeowners like us: We wanted the tower to be directly against the wall but when we measured our sizes, we forgot that the new door trim would get in the way of the lower drawers opening on our tower, requirng us to shift the whole unit over slightly. As a result our countertop tolerance was too tight to fit and we had to adjust.
