Refund policy
The Hampton, The Westmount, The Avenue, and The Capri collection can't be returned as these are made-to-order items and considered custom.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that once a vanity is installed, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vanityshop.ca. Please note that returns must be requested before sending the item back.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the item, such as damage or defects.
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new one.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We do charge a 25% restocking fee. You will be notified of the refund status, and if approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@vanityshop.ca.
