We're dedicated to delivering quality products straight to your doorstep while ensuring they arrive in pristine condition, as all orders are previously inspected by our team before having them shipped out. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle your orders.
Free Shipping
Enjoy complimentary shipping within The Greater Toronto Area and beyond, within a 100km radius. We'll cover the shipping costs to bring your order right to your door, whether you're in the heart of Toronto or its surrounding areas.
Order Processing Time
For in-stock items, rest assured that we'll have your bathroom vanity protected and ready to ship within 2 business days. Each vanity is meticulously wrapped in heavy foam or boxed and secured on a skid to ensure safe transportation to your home. Mirrors are boxed with foam inserts securing it inside.
Made-to-Order Items
If you've chosen a made-to-order vanity, please allow 3-5 weeks for production and processing. We take extra care in crafting each custom piece to perfection before securely packaging it for shipment.
Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to handle your orders with care and precision. Your bathroom vanity will be securely packaged and dispatched promptly, whether it's wrapped in heavy foam for added protection or boxed and placed on a skid for secure transportation.

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, please understand that delivery times may vary based on your location and external factors. We're committed to keeping you informed throughout the shipping process and minimizing any delays.
International Shipping
We proudly offer shipping across Canada and the United States.
For our U.S. customers, we handle all customs documentation and clearance on your behalf. Unfortunately, as a US customer you are technically the importer and our customs clearing company does require a tax ID/SSN number. We do have a secure encrypted form to submit this, and we do reach out when it's time to provide it to our clearing company. If any duties or import fees do arise during the shipping process, we’ll cover them — so you can enjoy a smooth, worry-free delivery experience.
At this time, we are not able to ship outside of Canada or the United States. If you're located elsewhere and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at info@vanityshop.ca and we’ll do our best to assist.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a order number. Use this number and send us an email to receive a status update of the progress of your shipment and anticipate its arrival, whether it's wrapped in heavy foam or securely boxed and placed on a skid. Please contact us directly for updates on your order, as we are currently working on a new order tracking service that we're yet to install.
Delivery Details
Please note that we do not offer delivery services that involve bringing the product up stairs. Depending on the courier, your vanity may be delivered to your door, main floor, or garage. Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect your order thoroughly. In the rare instance that any issues are found, please contact us at info@vanityshop.ca with accompanying images.
