Measurements & Fit
How do I measure my bathroom to find the right vanity size?
Measure the width of the wall space where the vanity will sit, then subtract at least 2" on each side for clearance from walls, door swings, and adjacent fixtures. Confirm the depth from the wall to the front edge — most of our vanities are 21"–22" deep — and check that the cabinet height (35 - 35 1/2") suits your plumbing rough-in and countertop thickness.
What clearances do I need around the vanity?
A minimum of 15" from the centre of the sink to any side wall or obstruction is standard, and 21" of clear floor space in front of the vanity is recommended for comfortable use. Always verify your local building code, as requirements vary.
Sink & Drain Compatibility
Does the vanity come with a sink?
Yes, our vanities are sold as a complete set with an integrated or undermount sink. It is an option to purchase our vanities without a countertop & sink.
What sink types are compatible?
Compatibility depends on the countertop and cabinet model. Drop-in (self-rimming) and undermount sinks are the most common configurations across our catalogue. Vessel sinks can work on vanities sold without a pre-cut countertop. Check the specific listing or contact us before purchasing a separate sink.
Will my existing drain and P-trap align?
Standard drain rough-in centres vary. Measure from the finished wall to the centre of your existing drain stub-out and compare it to the cabinet depth. Most of our vanities accommodate a wall drain centred 14"–18" from the finished wall, but a licensed plumber can add a trap arm extension or offset fitting if needed.
Countertop & Overhang
How much does the countertop overhang the cabinet?
On models that include a countertop, the overhang is typically 1" on the front, and 1/2" and each side. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page. If you are sourcing a custom countertop, plan for the same 1" overhang as a starting point and confirm the cutout template with your fabricator.
What countertop cutout information do I need?
For undermount sink installations, you will need the cutout dimensions (length × width) and the corner radius. These are provided in the product documentation included with your order. Contact us before ordering if you need the template in advance.
Plumbing Alignment
Where are the plumbing cut-outs located on the cabinet?
Most of our vanity bases have a pre-drilled or open back panel to accommodate standard plumbing rough-ins. The exact location is noted in the installation guide shipped with the unit. We recommend having a licensed plumber review the rough-in before installation.
Is a plumber required for installation?
Connecting supply lines and the drain is plumbing work. Depending on your municipality, a licensed plumber may be required. We strongly recommend professional installation to protect your warranty and ensure code compliance.
Mounting & Assembly
How is the vanity mounted to the wall?
Our floor-standing vanities are stabilized by securing the cabinet to wall studs through the back panel or a mounting rail, in addition to resting on the floor. The installation guide included with your order details the exact method and hardware required. Wall-mounted (floating) models, where available, require a dedicated wall cleat anchored into studs — follow the guide and consult a contractor if you are unsure about wall structure.
What tools and hardware are needed for assembly?
Most vanities ship partially assembled. You will typically need a drill, a level, a wrench or adjustable spanner, and a stud finder. All mounting hardware specific to the cabinet is included; supply lines, drain assemblies, and faucets may need to be purchased separately — check the “What’s Included” section of the listing.
Is a faucet included?
Faucets are not included - we do custom cut our countertops and drill a faucet hole for whichever faucet you intend to purchase, whether be a single hole, 8" wide spread hole, or no hole and a wall-mounted faucet.
What’s in the Box
What parts are included with my order?
Each product listing includes a “What’s Included” section. As a general guide, vanity sets typically include the cabinet, countertop, and mounting hardware. Plumbing fixtures, supply lines, and drain assemblies are generally not included. If anything is missing from your shipment, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Lead Times & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Lead times vary by product and are displayed on each listing. In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days; made-to-order or special-finish items do require additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
What if my building has access restrictions (elevator booking, narrow hallways)?
Vanities are large, heavy items shipped on pallets or in oversized boxes. If your building requires elevator bookings or has restricted access, arrange these in advance. Our carriers deliver to a garage, driveway, or accessible entrance by default — inside delivery or room-of-choice service may be available at an additional cost. Contact us before ordering if you have specific access concerns.
Will the box fit in my elevator or stairwell?
Check the product page for packaged dimensions before ordering. If the boxed size exceeds your access constraints, contact us — we can advise on whether the item can be partially disassembled for delivery.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Please review our Return Policy page for full details. Items must generally be returned in original, uninstalled condition. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.
What if my vanity arrives damaged?
Inspect all packages before signing for delivery. If damage is visible, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photograph the packaging and product. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
