I chose to order my bathroom vanity through Vanity Shop after a friend told me she used you for her whole house. The ordering process was smooth and I was able to choose my custom Benjamin Moore colour to have the vanity painted (this was also a deciding factor). The vanity was so well packed upon arrival and everything was meticulous. We ended up having a user error occur and paint got chipped on a drawer. The owner, Armando, was willing to help us in fixing this too. Will tell all my friends!!

We had an exceptional experience with the vanity shop, right from ordering, to having to change our order to shipping/ packaging & install. I ordered 3 vanity’s for a full home Reno we completed & happy we choose VS, definitely worth the wait & at a competitive price point. Armando was great to deal with & very patient when I had to change my order due to missed measurements, he even went as far as to FaceTiming with me in his showroom to find the perfect fit & colour for my vision!

I would just like to say how happy we are with the vanity we purchased from the vanity shop it is a well built solid vanity,I was very happy to be able to actually talk to Armando,when i was measuring out the vanity especially when the vanity was 1/2 inch narrower at the back than the front,which meant it had to be cut accordingly,the customer service was fantastic and because of the odd measurement and Armandos help it fit perfectly,I would not hesitate to purchase another vanity when needed it was a pleasure to deal with this Vanity Shop

Solid, well built vanity. The polo blue is a great colour. Armando was excellent with communication. Despite my initial choice of counter not being available after ordering, I would certainly recommend ordering from this company.

We are so impressed with the quality of our new vanity! The craftsmanship and quality are evident, and we are so happy with our order. It took a bit longer to ship than what was originally planned but communication with updates on order status were easy and prompt!

Extremely satisfied with the vanity I never write reviews, but I’m making an exception in this case I was sceptical about purchasing a van online and having only seen one review was not sure. I reached out to Armando some questions and then decided to take a chance. The quality is fantastic. The vanity is absolutely beautiful in Java color. The entire experience was extremely professional and supported by vanity shop. The product was shipped to Quebec and packaged extremely well and protected to prevent any type of damage. Highly recommend please give them reviews. They deserve it. Great job. Keep it up.

This vanity is beautiful to look at, and the build quality (e.g. fit and finish, drawer operation etc.) is outstanding. There is a lot of storage which is great for our large family.
