Great product , may need to adjust their spec dimensions on drawing a little bit - but turned out great

This is our second vanity purchase. We loved the first one so much we got another one for our ensuite. We’re happy with the look, the quality, and the size of the drawers. The service was amazing as well! Thank you so much! We’ll definitely refer others and if we need another vanity we’ll be back.

The vanity came as described and at a good price however, the customer service was very difficult. Prior to ordering, I was assured that the item would be delivered and brought inside my residence as I have disabilities and was not able to do so myself. The customer service agent whom I spoke with at the time assured me that the vanity would be brought inside. Several days later, I received a phone call from the shipping company and the woman very rudely stated that nobody would be bringing it inside, they would leave it in the yard, and leave.

I reached back out to customer service and they assured me that they would call their broker and handle it. After several hours, I was once again informed that it would be taken care of.

The next day upon delivery, I was told that it would not be brought up and they left it. I had to call in favors to get it inside which was ridiculous. I was misinformed several times about the delivery and for that reason I would recommend either shopping elsewhere or making sure that hauling the item is not a factor when making the purchase

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the vanity. My clients liked the functionality of the drawers and the clean lines without handles. The french cleat for install is also a simple and solid attaching system. Good value for the price.
